Not that Learned

I wasn't happy at all with the way one so called Learned person conducted few matters this morning.  To argue blindly and to disagree with facts is to different thing altogether. His duty is not to dispose any matter at all costs but to uphold principles of justice. I totally agree with him that "justice delayed justice denied". But should I tell him that "justice hurried justice buried". He should know this better than any other person.

I strongly believe that any learned guy should not make unnecessary remarks/ruling without giving an aggrieved person the opportunity to explain/rebut. Fair chances must be given and not merely based on any hard and fuss rules. 

What happened this morning due to lack of practical understanding of how the system works. He didn't think outside the scope but only of his own.  His system suits him but not in the real world.

Maybe somebody must ask him to watch spiderman where Peter Parker's uncle right before he died said this "great power comes great responsibility".
