The crux of my problem is the failure by Big Shot to comply with certain terms in one letter.
"So, What do u want?", said that Lady.
"I am entitled to compensation up to this date as stated by certain terms in this letter, my Lady".
But you did not prove that you are entitled to the compensation?", said that Lady again.
"I am entitled because it is provided in this letter. Para XX!", I said confidently.
"Eventhough it stated there, it does not mean you are entitled to be paid without proving it first. IT IS NOT FAIR", the lady said again.
"IT IS FAIR my lady because it is clearly stated and the most important part is, Big Shot agreed to it. Let me read it for you...Para XX says that.....!", I argued.
"Whether it's fair or not, it is not for you to decide!", the Lady argued back.
"To be fair, you have to decide based with the agreed terms in the letter. This is very straightforward", I said in frustration.
"I disagree with you", the Lady held.
Until now I'm still asking myself what is the purpose of the Letter having Para XX.

This is a clear cut case of being 'showy' with one's power.the scenario you were in was, as the famous Malay saying goes,"Seperti mentimun dengan durian. Dilanggar rosak, melanggar pun rosak".This certain 'Lady'is purposely being difficult and indifferent. She could knowingly be abusing the power empowered or she could be in one of her 'period of the month' tantrums. You're just unfortunate to be up against such a person then. Fairness is an act usually executed by fair people ... I see it, this particular lady who just brushed aside documented proofs, as someone not fit to make a simple decision for others. Better let her judge herself first than others! I would conclude she is definitely not 'My Fair Lady' (to quote a famous movie title!)
