Borders Store
manager Nik Raina Nik Aziz, was charged by JAWI in the Syariah Court for
distributing by selling the book [the controversial book Allah, Liberty and
Love] at the BORDERS store at The Gardens mall.
If you ask me about this..Jawapan aku
straightforward–Charge against this lady TAK ADIL DAN TAK MUNASABAH kalau
bukan Nonsense. Read my lips. Tak masuk akalku yang rasional.
Sebelum melenting…read my lips sekali lagi…Jangan
salah faham. Komen aku kat sini bukan untuk menyokong buku tersebut tetapi
berkenaan pendakwaan yang dilakukan.
Kenapa pendakwaan yang dilakukan harus
dipertikaikan:
- She is a mere employee (store manager) of the BORDERS la…Can u imagine what would be your possible liability if kerja kat sana..kalau mcam tu the rest of the employees of BORDERS pun patut kena charge la sbb bersubahat menjual buku tu..U imagine kalau u tgh susun buka pasal pagan, non muslim..Knight Templars..boleh kena charge woo..U imagine if u pergi hotel and dalam hotel ada bible, and u tgh pegang bible tu and tiba-tiba ada raid..Nasib malang la kalau dpt Prosecution Team mcm ni.
- Buku tu BORDERS yang punya..bukan dia yang punya da..Can she override her boss in deciding the fate of the book.
- Why you tak charge the BORDERS? Why? It is because it is owned by Non Muslim, which is not subject to syariah law? Just because tak boleh, terpaksa cari Scapegoatla..mcmtu! ISLAM is better than that la.
- I don’t see the rationale in this prosecution…If JAWI don’t have sufficient case against BORDER to start with..don’t start..Why open your self up to criticisms, attack and ridicule. Pendakwaan yang dilakukan jelas membuta tuli or just to kill somebody. That’s why people selalu salah anggap pasal ISLAM..pasal benda-benda mcm inilah…This is not a clear cut utk proceed.
JAWI bukan Tuhan. JAWI mungkin betul dalam
perkara-perkara berkaitan ISLAM tapi tak semestinya JAWI betul sepanjang masa.
UNLESS JAWI ada good explanation in pursuing the charge…Nothing can stop me
from jumping around.apatah lagi when Non Muslim associate the conduct of JAWI
with Justice and fairness in ISLAM. ADIL ke mcm tu?
